First, we need to chat about your ideas.  I offer complimentary consultations in a 30 minute Zoom call.  I’ll get to know you, your preferences, and experiences so your itinerary can be completely customized to your travel style.

After the call, I will send you a summary of our discussion for review and a list of your options to move forward.  If we agree to work together, you will pay the nonrefundable planning fee, and I will start your proposal!

You’ll receive the proposal within three weeks - complete with flight options, hotels, transportation, activities, payment schedules, and any other options we discussed.  We will make changes as needed until the details are perfect for you.   

After you approve the proposal, things move quickly. Hotel and flight prices are always increasing, so you'll need to be ready to pay a deposit within a few business days after approval.  Once the traveler information is submitted and the deposit is paid, your work is done!  I will take care of all the reservations, payments, and confirmations.  As your trip gets closer, I will once again go over all of the details and make sure you are totally prepared.
